"We stayed in Studio 3 for 3 nights and 4 days. It was perfect for 2 people but you wouldn't be able to fit 3. The owner was very helpful and allowed us an early check-in for no extra charge. The one thing I wasn't a fan of was that the toilet was in a completely different room. We had to go in the hallway to get to the toilet. But if that's the worst part, that's not bad. Very good deal for the price"

We did enjoy our stay in Hammersmith very much. If small, the Studio 7 was in a good situation, easy to find, the bathroom was pretty large and clean, the kitchenette had everything we needed and all the neighbourhood was very nice and quiet. If you are visiting London for sightseeing and holiday, not looking for night life/party atmosphere, this is really nice place to stay! Thanks "

Fisrtly I have to say that the owner of the studio was very helpfull and answered quickly to all our questions. We rented studio 7 for 5 nights and all went smoothly. The studio itselt is quite small, but all it was rather well maintained. Like stated in the description the studios are close(10 mins walking) to Hammersmith station. Being so close to this station was very nice, since it is connected to Piccadilly and District lines wich makes travelling to the tourist attractions and most of the stuff in central London quite easy. The area around the studio was very quiet and I wasn't scared at all walking there at night. I would recomend this studio to anyone with a tight budget."

Perfect solution to stay in London without pay enormous hotel's bills. With few pounds per night you can enjoy a small but intimate, clean, great-positioned accessorized room (because call it a flat is a little bit pretentious :). You have a beautiful bed, a small kitchen with fridge and microwave, a shower and a toilet in 3 small rooms plus the entrance. The lettings management office is only two minutes from the flat, and they are very kind and helpful. You can also enjoy a lot of restaurants, fast foods and pubs within a few minutes walking. You also have the Paddington underground station and the Lancaster Gate access to Hyde Park at 5 minutes from the flat. Definitively the position is the best thing of this property. It was very cool to stay there, I will come back and suggest it to my friends.

This studio is tiny but it's enough for 2 for about a week or so if we stay out all day. The location is very good and accurate. Near the tube, near the supermarkets and near some good places to eat and drink. The amenities are also accurate. I used the internet connection everyday without problems. It needs a new electric boiler and it needs a kitchen towel because we don't have nothing to clean our hands or dry the cutlery. The studio had been cleaned before we got there and there was clean towels to use but one of the things that disturbed me the most was that the linen bed hadn't been changed... Thankfully I took my own sheets because I was too afraid of what I was going to find (it was my first time renting a place to stay by the internet that wasn't an hotel room). It also needs to have a spare toilet paper in the cabinet, just in case... The place need some low maintenance to fix the door of the cabinets and to change the door of the frezer that is broken. I think it would also be nice to have a welcome note because in the eight days we stayed there we didn't saw the owner or heard from him. We got home two days ago and I already received the notice of the refund, so it's all over. I recommend this property but beware. You should always think about the main reasons that made you pick this property - mines were the price; the use that I wanted for it - just sleep, shower and leave the bags all day while I was visiting and the easy access to the tube heading the center of London.
